Health & Fitness

Many of us believe firmly in fitness, we go to the gym faithfully, put in our cardio, and strength training time and we are fit. Don't get me wrong, i don't care how you work out, I just care that you do it.  But there is so much more to fitness.

We are looking for healthy minds and bodies, working out on machines becomes stagnent and boring for many individuals. Trail runners generally come from this very situation, when we are outside something triggers in our brains and we perform better.
